Post Once

Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Post Once. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Post Once on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and "you" means the business.

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it. It forms part of these terms.

What Post Once does

Post Once watches one social account you own for new posts, then republishes each new post to the other accounts you have connected. You keep posting on your source account as usual. Post Once reposts it. To do that it needs permission to read your posts on the source account and permission to publish on the destination accounts.

Post Once acts only on your instructions. Every repost happens because you connected a source, connected one or more destinations, and turned on a bridge between them.

Your account

Connected platforms

You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Each platform you connect has its own terms, and you agree to follow them. Post Once uses the YouTube API Services, so by connecting a YouTube account you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

The platforms decide what their APIs allow. They can change limits, remove features or revoke access at any time, and when they do, parts of Post Once may stop working for that platform. We will do our best to adapt, but we cannot promise that any platform will stay supported.

You can disconnect a platform at any time from the Manage bridge page in Post Once, or revoke our access from the platform itself. Disconnecting stops all reading and publishing on that account.

Your content

Your posts stay yours. We claim no ownership of anything you create. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to read your posts from the source account, keep a temporary copy, apply a watermark on the free plan, and publish them to the destinations you chose. That permission ends when the repost is done and the temporary copy is deleted.

You are responsible for what you post and repost. That includes having the rights to any music, footage, images or other material in your posts, on every platform they are reposted to. A clip that is licensed on one platform may not be licensed on another.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Post Once to:

Plans and billing

The free plan is limited. It allows one bridge, may add a Post Once watermark to reposted content, and may delay reposts. Paid plans remove the watermark and the delay, and higher plans allow more bridges, as shown on the Billing page when you subscribe.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through our payment processor. They renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial periods unless the law where you live requires it.

If we change a price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you. If a payment fails, we will retry and email you. If it keeps failing, your account drops to the free plan.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Post Once running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption, or that every post will be reposted, or reposted on time. Reposts depend on the platforms' APIs, which are outside our control.

We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something significant that you pay for, we will tell you in advance. We may also stop offering Post Once altogether, in which case we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email and refund any prepaid period you will not receive.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time by emailing us, as described in the Privacy Policy. That ends these terms.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if a platform requires it, or if your use puts the service or other users at risk. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund any prepaid period you will not receive.

No warranties

Post Once is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond what these terms say, including that it will be error free, that reposts will succeed, or that the platforms will keep treating reposted content the way they do today.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost audience or followers, or platform actions against your accounts, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability to you for anything arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or 50 US dollars if you have paid us nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of Post Once is established, and any dispute will be heard in the courts there, unless the consumer protection law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim at home.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will update this page and, for significant changes, email you at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using Post Once after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree with them, delete your account before they take effect.
